COVID-19 Message from Point Reyes Vacation Rentals:
Your safety and peace of mind is our priority.  We have always been obsessed with the cleanliness of our homes, and in light of the growing COVID-19 situation, we have intensified our already stringent cleaning procedures and policies and are following CDC recommendations.  Our professional cleaning and maintenance staff have been updated and trained on best practices to ensure that the homes we manage are as safe, if not safer than, anywhere one could hope to be in times like this. Out of an abundance of caution, we are using strong cleaning products in accordance with EPA and American Lung Association Guidelines, opening doors and windows to let in the fresh air, wearing masks and gloves, and budgeting additional cleaning hours between guests to ensure the homes are thoroughly disinfected.  We use Alsco linen service, which complies with standards for hospitals, so you can rest assured that the linens are fresh and disinfected.

All of our homes have excellent high speed internet so you can stay in touch with loved ones, and for those looking for a "work-cation".
Guests are provided with a lockbox combination and detailed arrival instructions, we are nearby if you need us, but otherwise you will have your privacy from arrival to departure.
The houses are fully stocked, including coffee/tea/sugar/oil/spices/condiments (and plenty of toilet paper!).

We suggest that guests procure travel insurance which includes trip interruption coverage, such as through CBIZ.com or many others available online.  It's simple, inexpensive, and a good idea in times like this.

We hope that you will feel safe and comfortable, and enjoy getting out here to nature to find a temporary respite from the world.
